This course will expose the participants to the principles and practice of effective energy management as a field of practice. The basics of energy conservation, recycling, monitoring, evaluation, cost benefit analysis, procurement, and energy control are the intents. It will ensure that practitioners, energy managers and end users learn the practical techniques of the above mentioned concepts. These resulting in proper management of energy and power for various business and private applications, thereby reducing operational cost, increasing profit margin, environmental management and material localization and resource conservation.

Objectives

The participants would have learnt the skills of energy management and be able to apply them in various concerns, from policy development, to design to futuristic sustainable environmental practice.
